For the prior 6 years we had been on a low-fat diet diet and done nothing but gain weight and inches to the point that we were both the FATEST and BIGGEST AROUND that we had ever been in our lives. In addition both Lisa and I also had a list of other ailments that we had learned to live with. Our bodies assimilate food differently based upon whether you are a blood type A, B, AB, or O. Our metabolism speeds up with some foods and slows down with others. Dr. D'adamo's Father first discovered this concept over 30 years ago, as he was treating heart patients and severe diabetes patients. Sleep Apnea Completely gone!
I no longer require the use of a breathing device
(CPAP) to sleep at night! Snoring While it is not
completely gone, it is much lighter and sometimes
is non-existent especially when no wine has been
consumed. Energy
Level Incredibly
energetic with average of 7 hours per night sleep
(I used to sleep 9 hours)! Impotentency Mainly due to
side effects of the blood pressure medication...but
since I don't need it any longer the results feel
like I am taking Viagra!! Flatulence Absolutely none,
even if we eat beans! Aging. This
will be hard for some of you to believe but my
beard is coming in black! The above picture shows
my beard almost entirely white in 1995 but today it
looks a medium gray as about 25% of the new growth
is now black! I began to notice individual black
hairs growing in May 1999 (10 months after start of
EAT RIGHT FOR YOUR TYPE lifestyle and 6 months
after the elimination of aspartame). PH

years!
Our Favorite Foods
We have had tremendous
communication as a result of this website. We continually
receive emails about similar results as we are having. One
of the questions that is asked of us...What is your normal
diet consist of? While almost everything is
on our neutral or highly benefitial list, coffee is not. We
however have not been able to eliminate it and have done
very well leaving it in our diet. We basically drink two
cups of half decaf and half regular ground each
morning. Breakfast Lunch Dinner Deserts Snacks Spelt Flakes Egg Salad Salmon Frozen Cherries Walnuts We believe that the main
reason for these astounding results are a direct
relationship to eliminating WHEAT from our diet! According
to Dr. D'adamo, WHEAT is like poison to the type O blood
type. It particularly effects allergies and high blood
pressure not to mention indigestion problems. One of our
friends had severe allergies and was being treated with
multi techniques for years with no success. 3 days after he
gave up WHEAT, the allergies began to dissipate!! My
challenge to you is to simply give up WHEAT for ONE week and
see how your body responds! WHEAT is everywhere and in
everything...you MUST read labels! We have shared this
approach with many of our friends and always the same
startling results occur. Are we excited about our new eating lifestyle? You Bet! Do we tell everyone that will listen? Absolutely! Have others had similar results? Yes! In fact our immune systems are now stronger than they have ever been and our bodies have returned to a condition that reminds us of a much earlier age!
